I would like to report to you that I have been a victim of Cyber Fraud. On 1st Aug I paid INR 34500 by Net Banking from my ICICI account no: 004701563006 (SHAYAK MUKHERJEE) to buy US$ 750 Liberty Reserve from the website http://www.libertyreservezone.com/index.html
I was cheated by the online representative of the website http://www.libertyreservezone.com/index.html as they asked to transfer INR 34500 to ICICI Bank A/c 631201505297 in the name of MAGGURI APPALAKONDA, they said once I transfer the money, within 1-2 hrs my Liberty Reserve account No U7669158 (In the name of Shayak Mukherjee) will be credited with US$ 750 LR. I have also received mail confirmation that they have received my money and will credit my LR account.
But till today no credit has been made to my LR account, in spite of sending mails to ([email protected], [email protected]) and messages in their website, no response was made from their side. When I threaten them to report this case to Cyber Crime Cell then they replied me on 3rd Aug that there was some problem with their website so they could not complete the transaction and they have received my money and would credit my Liberty Reserve account within next 48 hrs, however even after 48 hrs, still my account has not been credited neither they have refunded my INR 34500. I have the chat log and all the mail correspondence which I had with them for my record and the same is attached for your reference.
