In July is when it all started, with Melissa Schackett. I paid my monies and Never got the correct paper work. Then Melissa Contacted me and said their was nothing she could do for me. Well my first contact Veronica? Stated she could assure me an 80/20 loan so I sent in numerous purchase aggrements which were never approved by the underwritters. Then som how I got switched to William Edwards This guy was the biggest Joke - He never returned my call "send me a blank contract and we will fill it out for you" so I did I never recieved it back so then I statred calling his supervisoe Ron Massey I left over 30 messages with him and no responce, The same with Darcy Olson, Jenn Ranney, Melissa Schackett and William Edwards.
So at that point I sent a certified letter which was signed for by Leslie Webster I have also left her several messages with no responce. This letter requested my moeny be returned also with all purchase aggerements I sent forth. I hope this company get nailed and I get my monry back - This company has put our family in a bad situation they said were were approved it was just the contract which was a promblem. Butwe maybe losing the home of our dreams because of this comapny..
