I also paid the $40.00 upfront to see a list of potentail homes for sale / rent to own.in the area which I was interested in, only one of the homes was really interested in that kind of a deal. And I am still waiting as you have to mail these people, you can't get a phone number to call them. Most were already under contract or had already gone to foreclosure and had been sold. So out of 30 plus homes none of them really were available. One owner told me he had never signed up for that kind of sale at all! There are too many free foreclosure lists you can get easily on line. Now let's see if I will be able to cancel my subscription easily or not! Yikes! What a scam! I can't beleive i fell for it!!!
