Which i was totally unaware of, until i began getting emails adressed to me personally for these headphones. He was dealing with all of this until he got incarerated a few months ago. So i honestly couldnt tell you why the items were removed from ebay. Several of them were returned to me and i am also aware of the fact that they are not real. None the less, i do sincerley apologize for any inconvience and since he cant give the money, i will refund you the $218.00 in increments, however i will not be able to give you anything until the end of august to mid September due to the fact that i am moving and i have to pay for school. I appreciate you not wanting to make a big deal of the situation, i do not have the item, and i apologize for taking so long to get back with you. I hope this helps.
