After reading the small print and disclaimers for Bidrack — I "purchased" a $60 bid pack and started bidding — the PREPAID bids have no monitary value and each bid used — whether the item is WON or not — is deducted from your "total bids" and permanently gone... Which is NEVER stated on the site.
The $60 expenditure to purchase the initial bids — has no value towards the actual price of any "won auction" — IN FACT, if an auction is won — the credit card is charged again. The initial investment is more like a "playing fee" — which again, is not disclosed up front.
Several months of trying to get resolution — and ignorant customer service representatives that explain NOTHING but talk in circles — have proven to be a complete SCAM and unethical.
