Hi, I think this letter is self explanatory!

Message to Jennifer at Plimus.com
Thanks for your standard message which I have already received FOUR TIMES! But it does not alter the fact that your refund system using the "Customer Support" Option DOES NOT WORK!!! And all your stupid standard responses do is make things worse!

Please read and act on the information below?

The fact is that your website is NOT WORKING as it should do!

I visit "www.plimus.com" and under the "Shoppers" tab I click on "Customer Support" which takes me to:
"http://home. Plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support"
I enter "Ref# 42661889" in the first box marked "Order Reference Number: "
Then I enter " (Personal Information Removed)" in the box marked " Reply-to Email address: "
I select the box marked "Refund" and click on "Next" which takes me to:
"http://home. Plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support" where I find the message

"The email address that you entered (Personal Information Removed) is not the email address used when the order was placed, to ensure your security we need to verify your relationship to this order before we can continue.
In order to do so, please enter at least one of the values below as they were originally entered in the order: "

Which is TOTAL RUBBISH because it IS the email address I used when I placed my order!

So I then enter "XX" in the "Last Name: " XX and "XX" in the "City: " Box and Click "Next"
Which takes me to the third page with the URL
"http://home. Plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support"
Where I once again find the message

"The page you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. This may be due to a scheduled maintenance, please try again later."

Which is as I have said several times before a really neat way of preventing your Customers from processing their claim for a refund! I have now followed this procedure no less than 46 times using both Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox 4 each of which deliver exactly the same result

Now instead of sending out the standard response please follow the above steps using internet explorer or firefox, using my details and follow the procedure to it's conclusion and i can assure you that it will result in the message

"The page you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. This may be due to a scheduled maintenance, please try again later."

I must assume that as the web page remains exactly as I have described it that you have ignored my messages completely and proves that it is in fact a deliberate SCAM to prevent your Customers from claiming a refund?

I have given you so many opportunities to correct this "ERROR" so I will now report it to Scambusters and every other Scam warning website!

After submitting your request both you and the vendor will be updated by email to resolve the issue.

Please continue to use the URL to respond as this will help resolve the matter in a more timely basis than emailing us directly. Should you experience any difficulties with this process please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

I have tried with Internet explorer (The world's most popular browser) and Firefox (The worlds second most popular browser) and each display the same message: The page you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. This may be due to a scheduled maintenance, please try again later... WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT???.
