Dear consumer complaints,
I am writing because I'm fed up with giving my money to a company that I have never received any correspondence from regarding the perfect get away. Just out of the blue over two years ago my bank account started being debited for 7.99 every month with no way for me to contact this company that I supposedly gave my card information to. I phoned my bank and they said they didn't know how to contact this company. On my bank statement was a phone number with the last two digits missing.
After viewing one of my bank statements on today I decided trying to go online with just the name on the bank statement to see if I could find any information about this company. To my surprise there was a letter written by another person regarding this same company. I don't know if an investigation is already in progress, but I would like to really get to the bottom of who this company is and how I can be compensated for the monies I have paid out without my authorization.
