I seen the tv ad and it sounded good. I purchased their "winning in the cash flow business" package. A month later i got a phone call from a dalbey coaching staff employee asking me if i wanted to make thousands of dollars in 30 to 45 days. All i had to do, basically, was take a 3 day course explaining how to use the "protegee package" i purchased for $138.95. When i was on the phone with the coaching staff employee he was explaining to me about the cash flow business. He made it sound very easy. He convinced me into taking a 5 day "boot camp" course. I no very little about the real estate business. Now after the 5-day course i no very little about the real estate business.
