Living on a fixed income every cent is alloted for a certain thing like: food, housing, etc. The basics. (DDBC) without any notification deducted $84.24 from my account, causing more than one bounced check fee of $35.00. Being retired I order books as gifts for friends and family, but it seems my orders were not frequent enough, so they deducted the amount that the four remaining books would've cost and sent me a list of what books were available to me at the price that had been paid. This month they have a hold on my account for $45.00 which will cause another group of bounce check fees.
Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.
