My credit card was charged $86.75, which included shipping and handling. I returned the bottle which was signed for on 5/13. A refund of $79.99 was to be recredited to my account withing 10 days. It is now Aug 8, and was told by a customer service rep. That she has to contact headquarters and find out why my money was not refunded yet. Laura, the rep, was very nice and I have her email to contact her in one week to find out what is happening with my money. Laura was very nice and explained that I would be getting a check back in the mail from lean spa. Lets see what will happen in seven days. Jackie
