I lost my wallet, ordered a replacement soc. Sec. Card. The only site I got was this company sending me a "packet" with all the information typed out. All I had to do was sign it and send it in. Two weeks later, I emailed them about nothing in the mail. Another two weeks, in an email, I asked for my money back. Still nothing. And no response to this date either.
