I inquired about getting a loan and had no idea of this. Payment protection took $30 out of my checking account on 7/22... So i called them - i was hoping they could help me... I call everyday and stay on hold 4 ever and leave messages and i have yet to receive a call back. I left a message yesterday and told them i was going to report them if i did not get a return call& never heard from them. I am pissed. What good is paying somebody if you can never talk to them.
