On the date above I purchase thru phone same day activation a mini Laptop with free color tv and a color printer and a digital camera. T which time i was told by a representative by the name of albert Johnson who said I had to pay only 99.00 dollars with my credit card or debit and i would be receiving my laptop and the rest of the free gifts. I paid $99.00 with my debit card and he processed it so he said. Along with the $99.00 They started taking out of my checking twice sometimes three times in one week amounts of 29.99 and 39.99.. They had told me they were only would take out 29.00 a week for the laptop and they certainly lied. I called them several times and they connect me with credit department which kept telling me that I would be funded back into my account that it was a over all mistake... Well needless to say they kept on ikept calling and demanding them to put back what wasnt theres. They went ahead after me calling so much put only one weeks of what the had taken out. That was it then i demanded they send me the laptop and then they said it could not be done until i finish paying for the laptop. I didnt knowany better but since I paid them and they took so much out of my checking that I said alright I paid 649.. And still no computer... Finally I told them i was going to report them to ftc consumer and i reported it to my bank the bank could not do anything unless they wer caught fraud but at that time they stop and everything stopped number was changed and my money was gone all 1,178.84 and no free items and in around December I received a laptop with nothing in it but the name Dell and that was that... Then i found out that this mini laptop that is only 8inches cost retail value only $249.00 I almost had a heart attack and all this money gone... I then tried to call and call and nothing. Until now I saw a site that said blue Hippo scammers. Well here I am and I would like someone to please please do something about these people. I also heard on tv about new site thats called tronix.com gives the same thing as Blue Hippo... Free tv and camera these people might be involved in this kind ofscam too. Please help!
