Above is an indicated date and a report was submitted to the Better Business Bureau and nothing was done. We ordered a computer and received it after one year. My Daughter wanted a laptop and we called and considered it, but because they already had my husbands banking information they took the money out without any contract or approval. The bank would do nothing and neither the credit bureau after calling them and calling them, to date nothing has been done and it has been well over five years since the above financial loss. It was by changing banks that they were no longer able to access the family money. To date we have no laptop and nothing from blue hippo
