Again I am writing about that Accurise company that lied and cheated their way into our accepting them. We have been battling them for a refund of $159.98 that they took out of our bank account without our consent on July 1. Through lies that Mr Mitchell told we were not expected to pay anymore than the initial $850 to do a credit repair for us. After battling with them for 24 days, they finally deposited that 159.98 back in our account. Upon speaking with this company, as of July 22, we closed our account with them. We received a letter from Mr James Downing on Monday the 25th of August clarifying that our account with Accurise was canceled on the 22 of July. We finally received a deposit in our account from Accurise on the 25th of August. Now thinking we have no more to do with this company, On August 1, they withdrew another $159.98. This was without our authorization and they withdrew it from an account that had been closed on their and our end, they still had our bank account number to still take out more money. My husband and I both had to cancel our bank debit cards, because this was the only way we felt this company can no longer get into our account and steal money from our bank account. How in the world does a company withdraw money off ones bank account when the account is closed???
