Hungry company refuses to refund my money because they didn't have my order

i contact shunfa hair and spoke to a rep kevin he a sure they had the wig i wanted. I ask him about 5 times to make sure he meet my requirements. He guaranteed me that i will recieved my wig on 08/05 and he said as soon as you pay, pay pal please send me a copy of the receipt which in 10 mins i sent him a copy of pay pal transaction of my $202. Then he told me he don't have jet black wig in malaysian human hair, that he sending me 1b off black chinese hair in 8 days. I told he if he dont refund my money so i can get a wig on friday that no one will order from them again. He had his mgr betty to contact by phone saying how good they are and wait 8 days for my money. I told her the same refund my money.
They refuse to refund my $202 betty sent me an email stating she's not refunding my money i will wait 8 days i told her shes crazy" she sd go through pay pal to get it and neve return emails or my money. These peoples a rip off, scam, and a fraud please do not i mean do not buy from them they need money bad, i had to do a dispute with pay pal for my money to be refunded. Don't buy nothing from this company they quality is poor, and service is poor, and the company because they refuses to refund my money because they did not" have the wig i wanted
