Virgin hair scammer — beware at all costs!

Qingdao hot hair has an excellent website and they make themselves quite marketable, because they offer just about everything under the sun! But, it's not virgin, that's for sure — it's some type of synthetic/virgin blend, because the hair is able to pass the test... But it will not hold up, as long as they claim it will last! They claim to be selling grade 5a hair... And the price points per bundle is right on target... But, it's not 5a! The hair is processed... It's not soft, but coarse... It sheds... It breaks off... It tangles and it mats! Their hair does everything their website claims it will not do — for every good bundle you receive... Believe me the next one is of the poorest quality! I spent a great deal of money with this company and it just about cost me my reputation as a virgin hair seller! Luckily, i was able to correct the problem, before it got drastically out of hand! Do not let the word "friend" fool you! I was all types of "friend" when they were trying to get me to accept another package after i alerted them that i had a problem with their product — thank god for paypal! Paypal saved me! After i started scrutinizing my order and its quality, i told them that i would be alerting dhl that they could send the package back. My salesperson wanted to reassure me after i had alerted him of my issue that he had personally inspected my order and it was of the best quality. I didn't believe him, because how can you be so sure, after i bring something to your attention — he wanted my money! So, dhl held the package and started disputing my transactions with paypal to get my money back! It was in pending status with dhl for 4 or 5 days, before i escalated the claim — once i escalated the claim, my salesperson reached out to me to inform me after hours that he would refund me my money when he returned back to the office — that day came and he replied that he would handle it later in the day! Then he responded with, he had to contact the accountant and the warehouse, followed up with — "once we receive the package, we will refund you your money". I couldn't understand why i had to wait, when i wasn't sending it back — i never accepted the order and that it was with dhl! The salesperson responded with, "oh i see". The fact that i did not accept it means that the package is still in tact... As they shipped it — which in my mind means, i shouldn't have to wait — because according to their website... If there are issues with quality, they will foot the bill to return the shipment! These companies try to get out of footing the bill, because it is very expensive to return the shipment via dhl — it can cost more than $90... It all depends on the weight... And since they're all about profit, they're not trying to take that loss — but, it's okay for you! Also, if you do not want a package — do not accept it! It will costs you to return it and they will try to force you to keep it! Which means, no refund! So, we went back and forth about this refund... Then they got smart and asked me to cancel my dispute with paypal — i responded with, "i'm going to contact paypal, because i think this is absurd!" the salesperson quickly responded with "wait a minute!" — he wanted to tell me that because i filed a dispute, the funds were frozen and they were unable to refund the money — when all they wanted to do was have me cancel my dispute, so they could pay me what they saw fit — once you cancel your dispute, you can not refile and they know this — so basically, they can either not refund you, pay you what they see fit or make you wait! When you file a dispute with paypal, they have up to ten days — if the seller fails to respond or the issue goes unresolved, you get your money back! Plain and simple! I just didn't want to wait! So yes, please avoid this company at all costs — if you are purchasing less than five bundles — this may not apply to you, because you are ordering at a low scale — but, if you are buying in bulk... More than 20 pieces at a time... You definitely want to pass on this company, because they will not be able to meet the demand of your business! Qingdao hot hair has numerous departments and they are all connected — my payment went to phoebus. [email protected] and he was not in the department i placed my order with — so, buyer beware — save yourself and your customers the aggravation!
