There were two charges of $44.09 on 7/2 and 7/9 to my credit card. When I received my credit bill, I always match up my charge slips with the statement. There were the two charges. I've tried calling the company but get a recording "if you are calling about a $44.09 charge to your credit card press "1" all other calls press "2". So, of course I press "1"... Recorded music comes on the line... Then the phone goes dead. I call back again and repeat the process... Again... It goes dead. So, I call back and press "2"... The recording states "our office is now closed... Our business hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. Please call back during business hours". I have tried calling back all hours of the day, different days of the week... And nothing. I have had my credit card blocked and I am working with my bank to get this resolved.
