Is the name of the commissioner that clearly had a love for the insurance company for the employer (they joked a little before my attorney got there and comments were made of why I was there and she rolled her eyes) unreal bias showed plainly.
Phillip Petty Attorney at Law (my so called attorney) did a bang up job and I do mean bang up he could not have screwed it up anymore than he did.
More importantly is they know the doctors that you are sent to for the so called Independent medical exam for the employers insurance company is a fraud since they mostly will not do it in there regular office so they are insurance company whores period. They get paid some $2000.00 for one short visit and don't want to see your medical records because the less they know the better they are at not telling the truth.
Real regular doctors reports don't seem to count for some reason. The only reports that count are the ones the lawyers and insurance companies send you to. Very Very sad.
People wonder why our Social Security is so low and we won't have enough money it is due in part by the insurance companies that don't pay but Social Security (which is hard to get) end up covering you instead at less than 1/4 of the pay. I went from $60.000 a year to $0.00 overnight and lost everything I ever worked for. One thing to remember is no matter what they do to you don't let them take your self respect. They only try to break you and force you to work and when you can't Oh well it is not them, it is you. You still have to go on the best way you can. Thank God for Social Security as little as I get it is better than nothing since I have not been able to return to work and never will be able to short a miracle.
