Our company moved all our data and voice services to this company almost a year ago. I personally resisted because of what I have read on this site. Well, I am now glad that we took a chance. We are soending about 30% less than we were with our prior carrier, and the service is actually better. We had a billing problem at first, but I must say that was quickly fixed. Our sales rep told me that these sites had alot of unhappy former employees posting, and after reading some of the post on here I would have to concur. Bottom line, decent service at a fair price.
