These guys are great liars. They tell you they have a buyer but they done really exist. The closing company that they use Westport Closing Services do not exist. They are suppose to be in Casper Wyoming but their address does not exist, they are not in the phone book in Casper Wyoming. No title company in Casper has ever heard of them, the State of Wyoming does not have them registered as a business. When you ask Red Rock about this, they tell you that you are wrong. They have been doing business for years with them. Etc. They tell you they need the taxes up front to pay Mexico or they can't complete the transaction. If you call a reputable Title company in Mexico like Stewart Title. They will tell you that you do not pay these taxes up front. When you ask Red Rock they tell you they are wrong too. I stupidly gave them $1,800 wired to a bank in Mexico and I will never see it again. So don't make the same mistake I made. Just tell them to pound sand. They wanted more money and I finally figured all of this out before I sent them anymore. Thank Goodness.
Just Walk Away and do yourself a big Favor.
In these times, money is hard to come by so heed my advise.
