Received call from a Jay Hanson of IGC financial, he sent forms signed by the buyer, requesting We sign forms they were then resent to us, we agreed to pay part of closing fee, based on sale price of $18,500. During he three day period we were contacting them by phone, when we were to receive the final package all phone numbers went down an we couldnot reach any of the parties.
