Transmission was not shifting up from low gear took it into A.M. Master transmission on friday 7-29-11 rebuild of transmission was complete on Sat. 7-30-11. Owner said it would be ready by 12:00pm it was not. We came back an hour later paid cash and as I drove away we decelerated @ 30mph it jammed into gear shaking the car and we noticed that it had weak acceration and we took it back to right away and explained to the owner what had just happened. He said that it just needed to break in and if its still doing it on monday to bring it back in and I dont live close by and my father recommended the place. So I left my van with my father and he took it back on Monday and he just called me and said its still the same.
There is no worse feeling than to have $1300.00 taken and and nothing is better this should be a criminal act to bold face lie to someone after money has been exchanged and the consumer is left with very little recourse.
