I signed up for 19.97 and didn't even mind paying 4.95 for an additional support program but i refused to pay anymore for upgrades and add ons, even though they were offered. I even received phone calls from a support line that was suppose to be apart of the package but once they got a hold of me they never called me back. The e-mail this support line sent me was suppose to be information explaining how this worked, because I told them I didn't understand what I was suppose to be doing, turned out to be a link to another video to purchase another upgrade! Then I was charged another 9.95 for the Website Builder. The whole thing was confusing and now just embarrassing to fall for a scam. I tried contacting HWS to cancel my account because there was no where on the website to do so and I received no response. I don't care about a refund I just want my information back do I don't have to worry about charges or other issues.
