I put money on eztrader for trades. When I made profits I decided to get my money and the profits. I could not make the withdraw of the profits so I surrender the profits to get my $2625.00 then because they did not explain at the beginning any of that I have to invest more than $9,000 to get my money. Well, I fiilled out the withdrawal form from my card and it says in their web that this withdrawal is free and I'll receive my money in 3 days. Then I contacted them again and they said, "technical difficulties" and they asked me for my bank account to make a wire transfer. I provided that info but, I'm still waiting. Everytime I call or chat are excuses that they will let the withdrawal dept know, but that dept do not speak with people they said. Isn't this shady? (Personal Info Removed)
