My grandfather has fallen for some lottery scam. He has given these people over $40,000 and he thinks he is getting $3mil. We changed his phone# and took his folder w / all there #s in it, and he called them not even 24 hours later. This is tearing our family apart. The FBI said they cannot do anything unless there are large sums of $ with multiple victims. That i cannot believe! The local police have even tried talking sence into him he is brain washed by these people and is ruining what he has left of his life!
