Samuel c. Landis, took my money $ 7,050 and did nothing for 9 month but file a power of attorney!

I paid mr. Landis $2,500 initial payment plus $350 a month for 12 months. On the 12 month i called the ftb and irs directly to find out why my case was not settled. I was informed by both agencies, the only paper work they received from mr. Landi's office was a power of attorney.

I sent mr. Landi's office hundreds of documents and tax returns to forward to the irs and ftb and according to the ftb and irs they were not received.

I ask mr. Landis to honor the guarantee that he gave me in writing. He did absolutely nothing! I asked for my money back in writing three times. My requests were ignored.

I paid a total of $7050 for someone to file a power of attorney!

After i found out they did nothing for 12 months, i handled the issues with ftb and irs my self.

Bware! Do not get ripped off.
