Service was horrible. I've been a Jigsaw user since 2007. I purchased the $50 plan for a few months and realized that I have more leads than I'm using, so I cancelled with the understanding from the rep back then I would revert to a free account.
I've been updating and using data since and never experienced a problem, until today. An email had appeared saying that a lock had been placed on my account. My handle was SalesNinja - tied to the a gmail email address. There was a duplicate account that I had - which was tied to a former company cross-communications.net, a trial account that I completely forgot about.
I told Lindsay, the rep, to delete the cross-communications account, and she bait and switched me, claiming that I had a trial account (I had a free account from 4 years ago). Without any email warning or communication to its free customers, the change in the plan was made! This was handled horribly.
