The property was not as displayed in pictures on the Internet. It was dirty and TV and telephone did not work.in addition the property was in an undesirable area and my Grandchildren were scared to stay in the area. After contacting Debbie Williams at TSU she offered other properties in the same area. My Son and Grandchildren had to stay in another property (Marriot) not affiliated with TSU. The entire episode not only spoiled the vacation experience for my family but it was completely different from what was promised by International Vacation Services and for which we paid almost $5,000. For a membership.
