Poor Service Canceled Orde

Dicks Sporting Goods canceled an order that I placed online. This was a gift I needed for a specific event and had to pay expedited shipping through another vendor when Dicks finally told me that the order was canceled.

I talked to customer service and a manager, but they were unwilling to compensate me for THEIR mistake.
