I cancelled my trial within the 10 days, but the website would not allow me to do the rma. So I waited a bit and tried again. It still would not let me. Your cancellation has to go thru before you can do the rma. You cannot just return the product by sending it back to them. They charged me 127.00 and will not take their glittery makeup back.
