Fivash Media - CEO Media ripoff owes me $2,360 for freelance articles for his magazine

Scott Fivash hired me to write three stories for his magazine California CEO during the summer/fall of 2002. He has refused to pay me for nearly two years. He owes me $2,360 and at one time only offered to pay me if I provided him with additional stories for free.
