It began when I was trying to move into a home in Tennessee. I was scammed by the loan officer that stated I was prequalified for a loan up to 200,000 with no money down, that was a lie... Then When I found a home, after moving 4 weeks prior from my home in Virginia that had been sold (leaving myself and children homeless) I ended up paying 3000 at the closing table. After 2 years with OCWEN Loan Servicing, I tried to lower my interest rates, and my mortgage payment so it was more affordable. I was given the runaround for 6 months (2 lawyers and the state also tried to contact them), much to my dismay during this time they sold my home at auction without notifying me or anyone else that it was sold until December 15. I had until Christmas morning to be gone from the home or I was to be set out on the street and my belongings would become the property of OCWEN. I know that this is illegal, but I do not have the money to pay a lawyer to help me fight these people.
