Our child was nominated by her teacher for her excellence in academics to Who's Who. We received a letter of acceptance from Who's Who. Our daughter was asked to write an autobiography which would be published in one of thier books along with her academic achievements, which she did. We ordered one of thier books, a plaque, a certificate in a leather binder. We never received any of these! We have called but we can only leave messages on thier voice mail, which we have not received a call back. We have been deceived, robbed, and our daughter was so disappointed, as were we. I just do not know how anyone could do this to a child. I pray that no other child has to have a broken heart like mine has. Shame on Who's Who!
