Came to my door showed me pamphlets on child books to buy paid for them and never received them

One male subject came to my door, showed me pamphlets on child books, said he was trying to earn point to go on a special trip. I then placed my order and I have never received them.

I have since tried to call and leave several messages on this phone number with no success or no books in the mail.
