Electronic check for $99.90 posted to my checking account. Did not authorize this charge nor have any contact with them. Still trying to resolve the refund with them to no avail. Spoke with Amy who was supposed to be issuing a refund. Closed my checking account. Refund is still not issued and I am unable to reach anyone.
