Thanks for your email. I'm Julia Lopez. My colleague and I are trying to sublease our apartment because we moved our practice to Washington, DC. A friend was house seating for us but he traveled out of the country for business. Anyway, our apartment is still available for rent; long term and short term at $1800 per month including the utilities like water, in-unit laundry facilities, security, hi-speed internet connection, cable, air conditioning, heat, etc. The place is fully furnished.
Right now my partner and co-founder of our company (Ridges General Contractors) is in europe working on a contract for us and I am here in Washington, DC. Extra busy because of my line of work, I cannot go back and forth of new york to show the apartment and an agent is not a option for us because we put alot into furnishing that place and we all know about the scary stories of new york realtors.
Anyway the address is below so you can go check the building out anytime, see if you like the location and environment, but you cannot get into the unit because like I said we're unavailable to show the place.
Just so you get a clear image of the apartment I attached some photos to this e-mail. We didn't move any furniture so the apartment is an in the photos.
So you know, I am a straight forward and honest single professional and my life at this time is all about my career. Neither me or my colleague have any kids so no children have lived in the apartment. We will allow pets but of a reasonable size and ofcourse potty trained. Giving our apartment to a total stranger is not so easy that's why we are looking for a decent and honest person to take it. "Let us know if not being able to see the place before hand works for you" and how soon you are willing to move in.
