I have a pay as you go phone, I did a 20 dollar reload. They charged me 2 20.00 reloads I called to get refund for 10 days they told me everything under sun. I called to day and they said sorry no refund, and kept the 20.00, They lied and hung up on me, several times, They say your phone has internet as you pay for it, it does not work.
