Four unauthorized transactions appeared on my July Credit Card Statement. Two charges were for $44.09 apiece from RESVGLOW. This has two web addresses attached to it. "www.resvglow.com" the other is "www.resv-power.com" These are the only two sites of which I am aware, but there may be others for all I know.
In speaking with their Customer Service number on my statement, 855-826-4274, I spoke to a representative that called himself William, and he indicated they were a call center and in order to help me they needed my phone number. I gave him the number and he had the rest of my information on their records. They said that I ordered something from them last August. I told him I had not. They stated that I could deny it all I wanted to but that did not change the fact that I had so done. Again I stated that I had not. To which he responded "deny, deny, deny, that says that you in fact did." At this point I told him that if this was the case, then it was an order using my credit card without my authorization an that this was all BS. To this he said, you can take your BS and I am hanging up. He then disconnected.
There is another charge for $1.95 from "Myppelp.com" There was a $0.03 Foreign Transfer Fee that went along with this. This is purportedly a 24/7 Customer Support Solution site. It does not identify itself as to whom it represents.
