I noticed a charge on my credit card on Monday, July 11th for $44.09. I called my credit card company and was told to try to contact the company directly for a refund. I called the 2 different numbers on the statement charge and was told (after being on hold for at least 7 minutes each time) to leave my name and contact number and I would receive a call back within 24 hours. After calling and leaving my information 3 times I realized I would not receive a return call and I needed to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I had a 2nd charge for $44.09 on July 14th before I cancelled my card. Beware of RESVGLOW charges to your card!!
