I cancelled my subscription to this online backup service because it backed up 80 GB of my data and then said it was out of space. It took a long time for the service to download my data... About a week and a half, 24 hours per day. I called and told them to cancel. I uninstalled the program from my computer a while ago and asked them to dump the data they had backed up, but I am still being charged for the service. I called again and they have told me that in 24 to 72 hours they will call me back and confirm my refund. I hope they do.
