I was offered a discount on flower purchase if I signed up for Bloomsworld. I agreed to sign up for Bloomsworld. However, I was also offered an identity protection plan which I declined. Sales rep said, "No problem, I'll just take the identity protection out" I got credit card bill & was signed up for Identity protection plan at 14.99/mo.By the time I got the bill they already billed the credit card for a 2nd month. I called & discussed with IdentityWorld & was told that I had to have agreed & that they would not reverse charges. It's now in dispute with my credit card company.
