Tryed to buy a puppie from a women listed on ebay as living in willard, NC. Usa. Contacted her and she said she now lives in Cameroon. I sent 250.00 to the [email protected] by Western Union. The next day they asked for another 300.0 for a special cage and 650.00 for pet insurance that would be refunded. They contacted me saying they got the money, and the papers for the insurance would be filled out in 45 minutes. They have not responded to any of my emails since then. Neither has the seller.
