I was lured into their website by the chance to enter their contest. You get 10 free bids upon entering their contest. Their site keeps leading you through sever screens to enter your information, including your credit card information. It appears that there is no other option to get to the end without pressing continue. Then all of a sudden you see that you've entered their service and will be billed $99 for bids on their site. I immediately went back to the website and sent an email message to them and responded to their Welcome email that I was mistakenly put through and did not want the service. I called to follow up on Monday to ensure they got my emails. They claim they did not. They refuse to refund me because it is their policy. They offered a 50% refund and the good news that I can use the remaining money to bid. The cost of each bid is $. 75. If you bid, the money just gets eaten up, you don't get your money back if you lose the bid. Please help me get the balance refunded, I do not want to be a member of a bid site. Thank you.
