I received my credit card statement on 7/12. There was a charge for pro-resv for $44.09 dated 7/2. I called the 800 number listed on my statement. I was connected to an answering service that took my name and phone number for a "callback". The next day I recieved an email stating that my order (which I had never placed) was cancelled, and a credit was issued to my bank for $44.09. I never did get a call back.
