Windows Phone Bought for WiFi Would Not Work, Exchange Refused

Was given a choice of wyfy phones I bought the code i220 windows took it home tried all weekend to turn on wyfy found out the phone is not. They won't exchange it because it has over 1 hour talk time on it was sold something I could not use by an untrained store clerk it is not my fault I bought the wrong phone I was misinformed
