RiteAid is now distributing coupons for "Get $3.00 off your next purchase" - I input the information correctly and repeatedly got "Sorry the information you entered is not correct" - I called their Customer Service line - they're nasty and contradict themselves - called 3 times and was patient, one rep after another acted hostile & I finally lost it - they asked: "Are you using the Internet?" and "Are you using Bing?" and then "Don't use Bing - she was wrong" - the last one I told I was using the Search Bar and not Bing and she said: "Well, you should be using the Search Bar - you're confusing me." Extroadinarily stupid, non listening behavior. Don't bother with the coupons - if it is so difficult to input why don't they have an alternate telephone (800) to call? Because they don't want to be bothered and their customer service reps give you a hard time on straightforward, pragmatic statements that you made that their system doesn't work. Talk about scams!!!
