I never signed up for this service. I was NOT notified by this service in ANY WAY until this morning. This morning I received a text that "Trivia alerts are renewed for $9.99 a month..." I immediately replied STOP, went to the website - emailed customer service, and then went straight to my cell phone provider to put a Premium SMS Block on my phone. Unfortunately, I have been paying for this non-existent "service" for the past 3 months and didn't realize it, because I didn't look at my bill carefully. I did not receive any "Trivia" info or other billing info until today...
