On July 7th $ 44.09 was debited from my checking account then again on 7/12 for the same amount. I had to pay an additional $5.00 for a notary for the documents for the bank. The phone numbers attached with this are 877/311/4926 - no one there will talk to me supposedly they will call me back. And 855/826/2741 and they claim they did not debit my account although this phone number is on my bank statement.
