Ripoff, debit from bank account unauthorized, SCAM USA

I was going thru my bank statement and noticed a debit from MWI Connections, I had no idea who they where so I started searching on the internet.

I found all the reports from everyone else, I'm so worried now. This was probably just the beginning. I'm now going thru my other statements to make sure it hasn't happened before.

I don't even know how they got my account number.
